Should you be getting a full 8 hours of sleep? What happens when you do and when you don’t.

 

So, my mother called me earlier this week, in a rage over the virus and how everyone has been treating each other. I was letting her vent she sounded like she needed it and in times like these, we all need to vent expression is one most essential keys to moving fluent through this life. She proceeded to say to me, โ€œif I donโ€™t get my 8 hours of sleep my chest hurtsโ€ my super son spidey senses began to tingle at a rapid pace. This led me to some research and no it wasnโ€™t mesothelioma from the late-night infomercials after all. It was stressful, she has been up to her neck with personal worries along with maintaining a lifestyle. According to some researchers and highly self-esteemed and opinionated folk, this pain my mother feels is being manipulated by her body due to lack of sleep and stress naturally having to display its natural toxic effects on your body. I urged her to find a calm state where it is just her and she can gain clarity in the silence and release all her bad energy. I also asked her if she cooked recently my sister said they have l been eating out all week. It wasnโ€™t likely Iโ€™d survive the attack but somehow, I still maintained. Hopefully, she heeds my advice, it is so important to check on the wellbeing of your loved ones. As a good friend of mine would say โ€œmake it make senseโ€ we like to live a calculated life because nothing is stronger than a superior mind. Maintain your mental health expression is key and remember to treat others with compassion. Shout out to us here at superior minds shaping minds to create paths one post at a time.
