What to do with your cravings for bad food?

Listen to me guys this is no debate it isn’t much equivalent to sugar on any level of satisfaction. Its comforting taste is so inviting it is so easy to get lost and grab more of whatever that craving may be.  I for one must stay away from cookies and cream Hershey’s kisses that value pack for 7.99 is the absolute devil.  I have found a good rhythm in shaking my bad habits and cravings for food and I will tell you why. The good folks at superior minds have led me to tell you about this secret because we are lonely. We need more people around us that inspire to be a superior mind and accomplish their dreams to see the life they want. We at superior minds are down to do whatever to make it our reality. Unfortunately, it is not that many of us(just me), wish to grow and expand because our vision for this world could be so much better if we strive for more than just a steady paycheck. We are comfortable with poor eating habits not knowing the direct correlation to why we don’t achieve. It is okay though I’m not the judgmental type in fact one of the reasons why I started this blog is because I want to help people. It is all our desire to serve it is just a matter of who we are serving. When eating poor and are constantly consumed in greed we are serving ourselves indulging in temptations that only should be rewarded on occasions. It is kind of like going to the club every weekend creating poor spending habits just to celebrate what exactly? I told myself I would stop partying once I realized I had nothing to celebrate. It has been my mission to find something to celebrate because boy does, I like to party. Jokes aside it can be difficult to replace bad habits but isn’t that beauty of life? Learning all about who you are as a person and constantly working on the things you can improve, so when you leave this earth you can say that you at least detailed the pebbles on your walk. I know here I am rambling on again, but I’d like to think at this point you somewhat enjoy my rambling. The solution to fixing your cravings is simple we just must find a replacement. The inhumane Hershey was hard to break but I also found out I love mango’s so every time I caught the craving for Hershey’s I would eat a mango until I built the habit to actually eat mangos without replacing them for a craving it became my craving. It won’t be an easy task, but we at superior minds are not looking for easy. We are looking to conquer and break down barriers none of our predecessors could do before us. With Love Mac
